RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Here at Cosmic Bags we make returning easy for you! If you are for any reason not happy with the clutch, hobo, or handbag you have ordered, you may return it within 30 business days from the date you placed your order for a refund or exchange. Absolutely no restocking fees!
Simply email us at customer.service@cosmicbags.com explaining your reason for request of refund or exchange, our staff will arrange for you to have a prepaid envelope number to have the bag returned if you are located anywhere in the 50 states of the USA.
If you live anywhere throughout Europe, you would be responsible for the cost of shipping to our European address, making it easier and more affordable for you.
Perhaps the bag isn't what you expected, or it just doesn't go with that outfit. Just send it back after contacting us with your new request. We want you to have the designer hand bag, that YOU want.
If you live outside of USA and Europe you must render the expense of shipping to Hong Kong.
